Frequently Asked Questions

I lost my certificate of authenticity. Can it be replaced?

Generally speaking, certificates cannot be replaced. You can try contacting Art Brand Studios, the Thomas Kinkade publisher, but they will almost always tell you it cannot be replaced.

Do I need an appointment to come to the gallery? Is there a fee to visit the gallery?

No, feel free to visit at any time during normal business hours. PTL Gallery is a retail art gallery. All of the art is for sale. PTL Gallery is not a museum.

What is a Value Statement?

A value statement provides you (and your insurance company) with the current value of your limited edition art. We can prepare a value statement for your Kinkade, Keathley, Hunter and Finale art at this time. We will need to see your painting and the certificate of authenticity.

Do you buy Thomas Kinkade paintings?

PTL Gallery does not purchase art from individuals or give appraisals, but if you give us as much of the following information as you can in an email, we will keep it on file in case we have a potential buyer in the future. Please do not bring the artwork into our gallery.

We usually respond within a couple of days.

1. Where are you located?
2. Name of the painting?
3. Artist name, is it Signed and/or numbered?
4. Size of the artwork?
5. Is the art on canvas, board, paper or other material?
6. Is it framed?
7.  Where did you acquire the art?
8. How much did you or previous owners pay for the art?
9. Any other information about the history or art that might help us.
10. Photos required - front of painting (including frame), back of painting (including frame) and certificate(s).
Thank you.
